Preheat the oven and cover a tray with non-stick paper. Peel and cut the apples into squares and add the juice of a lemon and sugar so they do not rust. Let it rest.

To make the homemade brick paste, add it little by little and mix well the flour, salt, cinnamon and brown sugar and let the mixture rest for a couple of minutes. Stretch the very finite mass and make 10 medium rectangles (almost square) to make the rolls.

Paint the edges of each of the rectangles with the beaten egg with the help of a brush and put two tablespoons of the drained mixture, in the center of each of the rectangles. Now, fold the sides and roll the rolls.

Place the rolls on the tray and bake 15-20 minutes at a gentle temperature or until golden brown. In a small bowl, mix two teaspoons of cinnamon with a tablespoon of icing sugar. Paint each roll with a little oil and sprinkle over the mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Return them to the oven for 5 more minutes and when they are ready, add a little more of the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Enjoy this recipe for Christmas desserts.

A trick to cope with these dates is to take a carbohydrate and fat blocker with meals and dinners. Captoredux has two layers, in the stomach it limits the digestion of fats and in the intestine blocks the absorption of sugars.
