Start the salad season and we like to try new recipes. The fruit, the cheese and the vegetables combine perfectly, so it is worth looking for new combinations that, besides giving a taste to the palate, we rejoice a little the sight and invite us to snack.
In this salad you can combine the fruits to taste. I opted for the kiwi because it gives a beautiful color and with its acid point, you can do without the vinegar. The olives and the tomatoes seem delicious and precious, so the salad is practically complete. But in case you have not noticed, something essential is missing. I have been invited to try a range of products from the Italian line, which will go on sale next May 30, and among them are delicious dressings with which I have decided to dress this salad. If you want to know the products of this range I invite you to visit this site with the Italian Weekly news.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices about 3 mm. clean the onion and cut into thin slices. Garnish the black olives with a little spicy oil (Lidl product from the Italian range), olive oil, salt and a little basil.
Now we go to the assembly of the salad and the dressing. In the tray where it is going to be, distribute some of the balsamic strawberry vinegar (Lidl product of the Italian range). It tastes intense, but it does not itch, so you can be generous with this ingredient.
Arrange along the source the mozzarella and the kiwi alternating a slice of each. Divide the onion on both sides.
Place the cherry tomatoes on top of the onion, making them the place for the halves to look good (the onion will help you to place them as you want). Season with salt to taste, insisting on the tomatoes. Spread basil over tomatoes and cheese.
Garnish cheese and mozzarella with oil flavored with oregano, tomato and basil (product Lidl of the Italian range). Add also a few drops of strawberry balsamic vinegar.
Dress the rest with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
